Easing of vaccination-related restrictions - 14 April 2022
From 1am AEST Thursday 14 April 2022, the requirement to check-in and to be fully vaccinated in a range of venues and events has ended.
Venues and activities that no longer have vaccination requirements include pubs, clubs, cafes and restaurants; theme parks, casinos and cinemas; weddings; showgrounds; and galleries, libraries, museums and stadiums.
masks are no longer required. Masks will still be recommended whenever you can’t socially distance and continue to be required in public transport, airports, planes, hospitals, disability care, aged care and prison settings.
